Our family has been collecting and studying Russian icons for more than thirty years. Russian Icon Gallery has a well-formulated concept of operation and acts as a permanent exhibition - sale. Russian Icon Gallery is a family run business, located in Tallinn, Estonia. The gallery has two principal divisions - traditional, - "brick-and-mortar", and an Internet store - this website. All icons are for sale unless marked as sold. Photos of sold icons remain on our website as a long-term exhibit online.

The collections in our gallery contain several hundreds of Orthodox icons, dating from the 16th to the 20th century. In addition to the icons we have a large collection of copper and bronze cast icons and crosses, dating from the 12th to the 20th century. Our collections represent a variety of schools and styles of icon painting from the Imperial Russia.
At our gallery, You can examine and purchase icons of nearly any style: from rural, to strict "Northern", and so-called "school" style, characterized by a very high professional level of painting, with the use of complex techniques and advanced methods of painting. Our gallery also contains icons hand-signed by the painter, which are quite rare.
The collection embodies all the variety of Russian Orthodox iconography, including icons of various styles - from traditional folk icons to masterpieces of art.
