Description: The central area represents the crucifixion of Jesus Christ; there are the sun and the moon at the ends of the middle bar, and, there is a relief text at the bottom edge: “Bow to Your Cross and Glorify Your Holy Resurrection”.
The top end displays the Holy Face; the lower part represents the city of Jerusalem, mount Golgotha and the head of Adam.
A distinctive feature of this cross is the decor of the reverse side with a gorgeous floristic ornament representing the flora of paradise.
Patina, abrasions. High class of casting.
